7. Payments and Refunds

7.1 Fees

Certain Services require payment of fees. All fees are stated at the time of purchase and are processed by third-party payment providers.

7.2 Subscriptions

Our memberships are subscriptions. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

7.3 Refunds

All membership fees are non-refundable. This includes the current billing period, any unused time, and renewals that have already been charged. Our memberships give you immediate access to digital content and tools, so there is no refund for changing your mind after purchase, unless the law where you live requires one.

Digital products and training content are non-refundable once accessed. Design services, including their refund terms, are covered by our separate Design Services Terms.

7.4 Design Services

Kitchen, bath, and room design services booked through our website are governed by our separate Design Services Terms. Where those terms and these Terms differ for a design project, the Design Services Terms control.
