3D Design System for Chief Architect
7-day free trial, then $199/month.
The Complete System
Everything you need, all in one place.
Built around Chief Architect, which installs on any current Windows or Mac computer (Home Designer, the less expensive version, works too if you are starting out). The apps run in your browser alongside it, so you can design a room and hand a client a photorealistic render the same day.
Testimonials
"Patrick's system is the backbone of my business. I use Chief Architect to 3D render and present my clients' homes, and I couldn't imagine Ali Maready Design without it. The training was easy to follow and I could take it at my own pace, which worked with my life and my family."
Ali Maready @alimareadydesign
"Patrick's libraries and apps cut my design and rendering time in half and helped me produce photorealistic work that my clients and their build teams can rely on. The time I save goes into taking on more clients and growing my business."
Michael Venditto @mvendittodesign
"Patrick's apps, libraries, and training changed the way I work. His rendering app saves me hours, and I can show a client exact products and materials instead of rough approximations."

Training & Support
Fundamentals and advanced courses you take at your own pace, and a community of designers running businesses like yours. When you get stuck, message me and I will record a walkthrough of it.
Apps & Tools
Renders take seconds instead of hours. Photograph a piece and get a model, photograph a finish and get a material, then present the whole thing in Canva.
Libraries & Downloads
Models, materials, and templates from real client work, plus over a thousand Visual Comfort fixtures prepared for Chief Architect. Drop them in instead of building them.
Yes. The training assumes you are starting from zero and moves step by step, and the libraries mean your first projects already look professional.
The training and libraries are built for Chief Architect, so you will get the most from them inside it. Home Designer is the less expensive version and the courses cover it too. The Rendering App and the client tools run in your browser without either. If you are committed to different design software, the System is not the right fit.
Yes. Chief Architect has a free trial you can download and install at no cost, on Windows or Mac. Printing, saving, exporting, and virtual tours are turned off in the trial, so it is built for learning rather than for client work. Home Designer is the less expensive full version if you decide to buy.
A lot of people here came from SketchUp. If it is working for you, stay with it. If you are fighting it on every project, the training starts from zero and assumes no Chief Architect experience.
Drop in finished fixtures and materials instead of building them, and render in seconds instead of hours. The time you save goes back into design.
The System is built for professionals running client work. If you are designing your own space, the 2D Design App gives you the design and rendering tools without the pro training.
The membership is month to month with no contract, and the trial costs nothing. If it is not a good fit, you can cancel any time.
