Design Terms of Service

BY BOOKING SERVICES YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING.

REFUND POLICY

Once design work has started, services are non refundable.

PROCESS AND TIMELINE

Step 1 - Book, Login, Design Form

After you book, you’ll receive an automated email with your login details for the client portal — this is where we’ll handle all communication moving forward.

Inside the portal, we’ll send you a design form, where you can upload your floor plans, inspiration photos, appliance info, and any other ideas or details important to your project.

Step 2 - Initial Design (2 weeks)

Once we receive your completed design form, we’ll get started on your custom initial design — thoughtfully created based on everything you’ve shared.

This stage takes about 2 weeks, and once it’s ready, we’ll send the initial layout for your review.

Step 3 - Feedback & Finalize (1 week)

You’ll have the chance to review the initial design and provide feedback — whether it’s edits, additions, or adjustments you’d like to see.

We need to receive your feedback within 1 week of providing you the initial design. This ensures we can complete your revision within 1 week of receiving your feedback. If you take longer than 1 week to provide feedback on the initial design, your revisions will take longer due to the project queue.

One round of feedback is included. If additional revisions are needed beyond this point, no worries — we’re happy to provide pricing for an extra revision.

Step 4 - Photorealistic Renderings (Optional)

If you’ve purchased photorealistic renderings, we’ll create these at the end of the project after all your feedback is included. Photorealistic renderings include up to a maximum of 3 color and finish combinations.

ADDITIONAL REVISIONS

One round of feedback is included. If additional revisions are needed beyond this point, no worries — we’re happy to provide pricing for an extra revision.

COMMUNICATION

All communication is done within the client portal over chat. You will get access to the client portal after you book. We do not do Zoom calls.

DRAWINGS AND DIMENSIONS

Cabinet drawings are for planning purposes only. It is your responsibility to produce a separate set of cabinetry drawings with your builder or cabinet maker. It is your responsibility to field verify all dimensions and details prior to ordering your cabinets. My drawings are for planning purposes only and are not to be used for final sizing, construction, purchasing or fabrication

ADDITIONAL ROOMS

We will setup walls, windows, and doors that are visible in adjacent rooms. Detailed design of adjacent and additional rooms is not included unless additional rooms have been purchased. Additional rooms are defined as any room separated by walls, doors, doorways, or with unique architectural labels. For example, an adjacent pantry, dining room, living room, etc. are not included with the kitchen design unless they are purchased separately.

MATERIALS, COLORS,FINISHES, FURNITURE, LIGHTING

I can match paint colors. All I need to know is the name and manufacturer of the paint color. Materials, lighting, furniture, and appliances used in my renderings will be approximate and are not guaranteed to be exact matches to inspiration photos or manufacturer materials
